- 1 cup fresh or bottled grapefruit juice
- 1tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 banana
- 2 scoops of fiber booster
- 1/2 tsp chopped mint + more for garnish
- Grapefruit slices, for garnish
In a high powered blender add all ingredients. pulse to combine and then add in the ice and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint and grapefruit slices. Enjoy!
